就深圳市人民醫院ICU解決方案及吊塔采購項目（招標編號：0832-1041SFCXA021）作如下變更：
1、項目名稱：深圳市人民醫院ICU解決方案及吊塔采購項目。

3、截止時間：2010年12月7日9點30分。
4、變更內容（中文）：
（1）開標時間(即投標截止時間)延期至2010年12月7日9:30(北京時間)；
（2）3、外科混合吊塔3套
3.1設備基本性能要求：
3.1.1.吊塔應采用高強度鋁合金，整體全密封設計，具有升高或旋轉限位裝置，必須防腐蝕，便于清洗；
*3.1.2.吊塔旋轉角度≥340度；
3.1.3.每一吊塔各類氣體接口顏色及形狀不同，具有防誤插功能，所有接口必須采用國際標準；
3.1.4.所有氣體接口必須帶三狀態（通、斷、拔），能帶氣維修；
3.1.5.吊塔插座電源為交流電220V并有單獨接地線，每一插座須帶等電位接地端子（接地線不得與吊塔接地共用）；
3.1.6.電源插座、弱電接口、氣體根據業主要求安裝；
3.1.7.所有吊塔均應配有操作把手，把手上可配電動升降開關/剎車開關；
*3.1.8.各關節須配安全閉氣式剎車；
3.1.9.箱體結構：垂直箱體，非吊架式；
3.1.10.吊塔的箱體下或吊臂上須配置線盒或線槽，以避免線纜零亂而造成的不安全隱患；
3.1.11.所投標產品必須在不浪費原有配置基礎上可以根據用戶要求升級（比如加裝儀器平臺，氣源，電源等配件，增加配件的費用另付）。
3.2設備具體要求：
*3.2.1.凈載重量≥80kg；
3.2.2.雙臂，活動范圍≥1600mm；
3.2.3.電動升降高度為≥700mm；
3.2.4.儀器平臺：2個（須為吊架式設計，輕便靈活）；
3.2.5.抽屜1個；
3.2.6平臺的整個邊框四周均須配有防撞保護圈；
3.2.7氣源（包括二次接口）：負壓1個；壓縮空氣1個；
3.2.8電源插座：4（帶4個等電位接地端子）。
4、電動腔鏡吊塔（帶腔鏡小車）1套
4.1設備基本性能要求：
4.1.1吊塔應采用高強度鋁合金，整體全密封設計，具有升高或旋轉限位裝置，必須防腐蝕，便于清洗；

4.2.5配套的專用內窺鏡懸吊推車（帶4層儀器平臺及抽屜1個）：1套；
4.2.6氣源（包括二次接口）：二氧化碳1個；負壓1個；壓縮空氣1個；
4.2.7電源插座：8（帶8個等電位接地端子）。
